About your subscription
Does the free trial need a card?
The trial starts through Apple with your App Store account. If you don't cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, it turns into the plan you picked.
How do I cancel?
Open iPhone Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Kae. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Can I get a refund?
Apple handles all payments and refunds. Ask for one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
I got a new phone. How do I get my plan back?
Sign in with the same Apple account, then open Settings in Kae and tap Restore on the Kae Pro card.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes, from the Subscriptions page in iPhone Settings.
